According to the formal statement, "A mysterious confrontation draws heroes Naoe and Yasuke into a original mission, where rumors of forbidden practices and monstrous metamorphoses resonate through the obscurity." The storyline features a "strangely garbed woman named Ada" who tasks the duo with journeying into the Crystalline Cavern—a important location from Attack on Titan—to liberate her ally from a hidden cult.

The adventure centers on "bizarre experiments and a monstrous enemy" and is accessible to all players who have acquired the Yasuke character.

The preview features the Subterranean Sanctuary from Attack on Titan recreated as the Crystal Cave.
